Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Centre Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small team of supported employees, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and guide the daily tasks of a small team of supported employees to meet business requirements.
  • Assist with general copy centre duties such as binding, scanning, laminating, and product personalisation.
  • Manage client orders and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure individual employees and work teams meet performance indicators.
  • Work closely with the Business Coordinator to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
  • Maintain high standards of OH&S compliance.

Preferred qualifications include experience in NDIS, community or health services, however this is not essential.
