Job Summary

The Dynamic Leadership Position is a pivotal role that plays a critical part in the success of our organisation. As an experienced early learning professional, you will work alongside senior leaders to support the team and drive centre excellence.

We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and experience in early learning. You will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, supporting senior leaders in the leadership of the team, and being responsible for the overall management of the centre in their absence.

You will also utilise and implement organisational best practices, ensuring that all aspects of the centre are running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

This centre is an 85-place service with purpose-built indoor spaces and large, shaded outdoor play areas designed for exploration and learning. Our dedicated team of educators delivers high-quality, play-based learning programs, focusing on school readiness and child development.

Strong family and community partnerships help create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for children. We have positive feedback from families highlighting the nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.
