Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and success of our engineering function.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in project management, asset management, and team leadership.
  • You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the engineering function.
  • Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our engineering designs and projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led development of capital design and construction programs
  • Manged delivery of growing number of new subdivision assets
  • Developed frameworks relating to engineering team with focus on quality, budget and control

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience in engineering civil design and civil construction
  • Advanced project management skills and knowledge of asset management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
