Key Responsibilities:- Participate in delegated care delivery relating to patient activities of daily living, ensuring personal needs and comfort are maintained.
- Assist in providing a safe patient environment and additional supervision to ensure patient safety.
- Partner with patients, consumers, and/or carers at all levels of healthcare provision, planning, and evaluation to ensure a high standard of service.
- Be responsible for delivering safe, personalized, effective, and connected care in all situations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards by adhering to outlined responsibilities and accountabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in midwifery or a related field from a recognized university.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building, cooperation, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse individuals, including healthcare professionals, colleagues, and family members.
