IT Support Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to administer and support the school's IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering and supporting the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop computers.
  • Providing technical support to staff and students with a variety of IT issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
  • Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
  • Maintaining the school's IT documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Network Administration and Support.
  • English language proficiency.
  • An Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • A Working with Children Check (Victoria).
  • A Skills Matrix.
  • Work Authorisation: Australia.
