Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and updating spreadsheets with precision.
  • Maintain a high attention to detail to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Contact clients to schedule vehicle deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fleet management, automotive sales, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous administrative experience in a dealership setting (preferred but not required).
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
