We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a Client Advisor role.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.

Job Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Client Advisor.

As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in building relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalized and elevated experience with commercial success.

You will be responsible for inspiring our clients by conveying passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury products.

Your expertise in client engagement and service will be instrumental in driving retention of clients, ensuring volume and spend by contacting them regularly and following up on sales or client requests.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
  2. Through storytelling and passion for the brand, inspire our clients creating desire and love for Burberry with every client interaction.
  3. Provide a luxury service and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
  4. Foster team work and a positive work climate.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clientelling.
  • A strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations.
  • Experience in working as part of a team.
Measures of Success
  1. Individual sales performance and KPI's (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR).
  2. Service targets (Guest Experience, Net promoter score).
  3. New client acquisition (conversion and retention).
