The Education Manager (EM1) is a key member of the Chisholm Online business area, responsible for providing academic quality, operational leadership, and support for the business area. This position reports directly to the Manager of Chisholm Online Teaching Department and will support in managing and leading the implementation of educational excellence, business growth, and opportunities for the department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reputation of Chisholm in online course delivery
- Manage teaching resources and build teacher capability
- Implement the Chisholm Education Quality Framework, including managing teacher currency, course validation, compliance, and professional development
- Lead the development and delivery of online courses, including the TAE40122 Certificate in Training and Assessment, FNS40222 Certificate in Accounting and Bookkeeping, BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, and TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set
