As an Automation Professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients, designing and implementing RPA solutions, and providing project leadership and pre-sales support.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, identify process automation opportunities, and develop RPA strategies aligned with their objectives.
  • Leading end-to-end RPA implementation projects, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Providing direction and support for enhancement requests to ensure the client automation platforms and automations are resilient.
  • Guiding and mentoring the team, providing technical expertise, performance feedback, and professional development support.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and methodologies and contributing to thought leadership.
