About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at GUCCI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in coordinating and executing all Visual Merchandising requirements for your store, while taking direction from the Store Manager and the Visual Merchandising team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain guidelines as required from the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual presentation across all stores.
  • Embody the essence of the GUCCI brand and stay up-to-date with the latest visual directives from the Australian VM Team.
  • Deliver a weekly brief to the Flagship store regarding a VM topic, which can include maintaining guidelines, window displays, and small leather good showcase maintenance.
  • Train new Flagship staff members on VM guidelines, empowering them to maintain VM standards as part of their day-to-day roles.
  • Assist the VM Team in window installation and maintenance, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience for customers.
  • Assist in installing the seasonal window display for each Sydney store, showcasing the latest GUCCI collections.
  • Maintain the show window of Flagship condition, including lighting, mannequins, and finishing of walls and floors.
  • Assist the VM team in setting up Sydney in-store events, creating an immersive and engaging experience for customers.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual presentations.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, with the ability to be agile and meet business needs.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using technology and/or learning about updated technologies, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
