Job Opportunity: We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to take on a community-based role in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality services to clients, both in their homes and within community networks, working closely with the community team.
  • Evaluate client conditions and needs, developing suitable treatment plans and liaising with NDIS service providers.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing initiatives to grow the network as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience.
  • SPA registration.
  • Patient-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and critical thinking abilities.
  • A passion for making a difference and growing professionally.
