Leader in Emergency and Critical Care Nursing

As the Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses in this high-pressure department.
- Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule with one weekend shift per month.
- Take advantage of a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to make a lasting impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
- Our state-of-the-art facilities offer access to top-tier equipment, including intensive care ventilators, blood gas analysis, IDEXX pathology, cage-side ultrasound, and on-site CT and MRI capabilities.
This key position involves shared responsibility for the administration and management of the ECC nursing team.
Daily tasks include team development, collaboration with internal and external departments, upholding high standards of ECC/ICU care, driving team participation in workflow, and fostering a supportive environment.
You will advocate for the ECC nursing team and serve as a representative for collaborative engagement between other departments, promoting a unified hospital approach.
