Asphalt Materials Specialist Job

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting a variety of tests on construction materials, including asphalt and aggregates. This will involve carrying out testing results analysis and interpretation as well as equipment calibration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coring of asphalt, sand patch testing, and straight edge testing will be carried out to ensure the quality of materials.
  • Aggregate sampling from quarries may be required when necessary.
  • Equipment calibrations are essential to maintaining accuracy in testing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of success in a technical or laboratory environment is essential.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including night shifts and weekends as required.
