Job Description:

The Client Manager role is a pivotal position in our organization, offering the opportunity to continue your growth and career in the media industry.

You will be empowered to further develop and apply your existing knowledge through media planning and strategy across various verticals.

This scope presents the chance to broaden your exposure to all media channels, both online and offline, with a focus on enhancing your channel planning skills to integrate cross-channel strategies effectively.

Your immediate responsibilities include owning our day-to-day relationship with clients, leading roles in media planning work, and managing the development of Client Executive and Associate roles in the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Client Directors to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
  2. Work collaboratively across the network as needed – utilize good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and our organization.
  3. Project manage clients' communications plans including timelines and budget.
  4. Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working.
  5. Effectively lead and motivate internal teams to produce best-in-class work.
  6. Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients.
About You:
  • Strong working experience with Spectra and a working skillset + understanding of agency financial management.
  • Multi-channel experience with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset.
  • SMD/Spectra. TV Buying, Move, eTAM, eRAM.
  • Ability to 'multi-hat' across various areas of Client servicing and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & Buying.
  • A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external.
