Finance Business Partner Role

This commercially savvy role requires someone who's equally comfortable with data analysis and business partnership. We're looking for a professional to collaborate with teams across the organisation, providing insightful financial analysis to inform confident decision-making.

About the Position

You'll work closely with leaders from various departments, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain, supporting them in making informed investment decisions through timely financial insights.

  • Deliver strategic forecasting and pricing analysis to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate promotional effectiveness and investment decisions
  • Present regular performance summaries to senior leaders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain commercial reporting dashboards that track sales, stock, and demand variance
  • Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, and trends across categories, markets, and regions
  • Align financial objectives with supply planning processes through S&OP and S&OE strategies

The successful candidate will bring numerical data to life, contributing significantly to business outcomes across diverse product categories and channels.
