You will be embedded in the leadership team of a $600m+ division.

Reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager, you'll deliver commercial insight, financial control, and forward-looking analysis that drives performance.

  • Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
  • Oversee month-end reporting with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and speed
  • Create and deliver performance packs to executive and finance leadership
  • Monitor project delivery, capex spend, and milestone outcomes
  • Support bid and tender processes with financial modelling and commercial review
  • Build data-led insights through dashboards and scenario analysis
  • Identify process gaps and champion continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful, you're a commercially focused finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational settings.

You bring technical depth and a strong business partnering mindset, and are comfortable being both in the weeds and at the strategic table.

  • Candidate should have CA/CPA qualifications
  • Proven track record in a similar commercial finance or senior business partnering role
  • Industry experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, or industrial services preferred
  • Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and decision-support analysis
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
  • Resilient and agile - capable of operating in environments undergoing change
  • Confident navigating legacy systems and working across functions
