Procurement and Inventory Coordinator

The role reports to the Operations Manager, responsible for managing store operations, procurement, and inventory control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Daily Store Operations:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock takes and cycle counts;
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms;
  • Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within allocated budgets;
  • Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes to meet customer needs;
  • Lead and mentor staff while ensuring safety compliance;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse management;
