We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to support the warehouse manager in managing inbound and outbound shipments at our facility.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries effectively
  • Perform regular inventory assessments
  • Review and report supply/demand requirements to maintain consistent stock levels

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse roles (1-3 years)
  • Proficiency in computer software and MS Office suite understanding
  • Experience in database management systems (data entry, etc) ideal
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Sound problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service and commitment to meet needs in a helpful and professional manner
  • Ability to propose and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
