Procurement Excellence Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Excellence Specialist to drive operational excellence in our procurement processes.

This specialist will play a key role in streamlining the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including planning, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for goods and services required by the network, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationship management.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency, producing regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance and Operations to understand and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster strong, strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards and secure the best terms.
  • Act as a primary contact for resolving any procurement-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • 1+ year's experience using MS-office, particularly Excel and analytic platforms.
  • Experience understanding process flow and suggesting improvements to deliver savings, inventory reduction, and other benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Management Certifications.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
