Job Description\

As a Trainee Parts Interpreter, you will be part of our highly professional Parts team responsible for issuing parts to customers efficiently and effectively.

\

This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work with in-house training provided and be part of a supportive management team that fosters an amazing company culture encouraging growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issue parts to customers accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with the Parts team to ensure seamless customer service
  • Develop technical knowledge and skills to perform job tasks effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Computer literacy with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Technical/Mechanical knowledge and ability is highly regarded
  • Physical capability to move heavy automotive parts throughout the dealership
  • Outstanding communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
