Job Description:

As a dedicated and experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support to project leaders and teams. Your role will involve providing professional advice and guidance on employment legislation, people management, performance development, and change processes.

You will also manage ER/IR casework, grievances, and performance issues with fairness, consistency, and compliance. Additionally, you will lead workforce planning, recruitment handovers, and onboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated HR advisory experience, preferably in civil infrastructure, construction, or major projects. You will possess strong knowledge of HR practices, IR/ER, and employment legislation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
