About the Role

As a key member of Just Digital People's Creative Services division, you will oversee daily operations and manage project workflows. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating and delegating innovative design initiatives across various platforms including print, social media, websites, and email marketing. This position is crucial for ensuring that projects commence with well-defined objectives and are executed on time with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Coordination: Oversee workflow, allocate resources, and assign projects within the creative team.
  • Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for incoming briefs, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Enhance Communication: Facilitate smooth and effective communication within the studio.
  • Manage Timelines: Create and oversee project timelines to guarantee timely delivery of all outputs.
  • Resource Optimization: Align team skills with project requirements to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work in close partnership with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Future Planning: Anticipate upcoming projects and resource needs, managing supplier logistics effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position, demonstrating proficiency in studio or traffic coordination and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design, copywriting, and video production.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a talent for managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Wrike.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
