About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering inquiries and helping them find the right plumbing supplies for their needs.
  • Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain organised and well-stocked product displays to create a visually appealing retail environment.
  • Assist with restocking shelves, and ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement ways to enhance customer service and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work culture by supporting colleagues and proactively addressing any customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills to accurately process orders and payments.
  • Familiarity with plumbing supplies and home improvement products is highly desirable.
