The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pipeworks Foreman to join our high-performing team, working closely with the Project Manager to achieve optimal productivity and program outcomes. As a trusted leader, you will build strong relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors, and motivate others to deliver exceptional quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pipework specialists to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results

Desirable Skills

  • Certificate IV in Civil Supervision
