The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pipework Foreman to join our high-calibre team, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. As a trusted leader and communicator, you will build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional quality outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with the Project Manager to achieve program outcomes and ensure value-for-money results.
  3. Embed a commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes in everything you do.
  4. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a focus on delivering results.

Requirements

  1. Certificate III in Civil Construction.
  2. Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience.
  3. Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes.
  4. Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
