About the Job

As a Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing training and assessment in accordance with established standards.

  • You will work at our Perth office from Monday to Friday.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing, monitoring, and maintaining proficiency in operating equipment to a high standard.
  • In this role, you will identify any outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable content in site training material and report it to your supervisor.
  • You will actively participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Additionally, you will generate regular training forecasts, training compliance reports, and other ad hoc training evaluations as required.
  • Confidentiality is essential in this position, and you must ensure that candidate/trainee information is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except when necessary for operational reasons or by law.
  • You will maintain accurate records of trainees and the units they have demonstrated competency in.
About You

We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in Caterpillar product knowledge, who holds current Mobile Plant Mechanic certification.

  • Experience in delivering AUR training package material is highly desirable.
  • The ability to develop AUR training material is also essential.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, excellent team working skills, and strong written and oral communication skills are critical to success in this role.
  • You should be adaptable and able to learn and support new technologies quickly.
