Reporting to the Victorian Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager, this role is critical in managing sales of waste management solutions across South East Melbourne. Your primary responsibility will be to manage this region while retaining customers and driving profitable sales growth. You will work with a diverse range of customers and industries, offering endless opportunities to grow your portfolio.

About the Role
  • Manage Liquid and Hazardous Waste accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business within the current portfolio.
  • Keep management informed about activity and results, new business, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual business unit analysis.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, and delivery schedules.
  • Recommend changes in services to management by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders for existing and potential clients.
  • Manage, update, and maintain client information in the company CRM.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work autonomously. You must have exceptional customer service skills, presentation skills, and the ability to present to all levels across various industries. A valid driver's license is also required.
