Job Title: Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The Role:

As a Client Services Specialist, your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding client service, focusing on business needs and driving results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels;
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience;
  • Recording and coordinating with external third parties to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Assisting with resolving technical issues and faults in a proactive and efficient manner;
  • Following established policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in client interactions;
  • Raising cases and incidents as necessary, and taking ownership of resolution;
  • Liaising with end customers to install devices and provide instructions;

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment;
  • Basic IT knowledge is highly advantageous;
  • Experience or exposure to logistics is beneficial;
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • High attention to detail, proactivity, and dedication to delivering results;
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think intuitively and positively;
  • Openness to change, willingness to assist with processes, and provide insightful feedback;
