Job Title: Client Services Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
The Role:
As a Client Services Specialist, your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding client service, focusing on business needs and driving results. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels;
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience;
- Recording and coordinating with external third parties to ensure seamless delivery of services;
- Assisting with resolving technical issues and faults in a proactive and efficient manner;
- Following established policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in client interactions;
- Raising cases and incidents as necessary, and taking ownership of resolution;
- Liaising with end customers to install devices and provide instructions;
Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment;
- Basic IT knowledge is highly advantageous;
- Experience or exposure to logistics is beneficial;
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- High attention to detail, proactivity, and dedication to delivering results;
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think intuitively and positively;
- Openness to change, willingness to assist with processes, and provide insightful feedback;
What We Offer:

- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 + Super;
- A full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with regular working hours;
