Personal Care Support Specialist

We are seeking Support Care Workers to join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care team. You will be working in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and leadership.
Job Description:As a Support Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes. This includes showering, dressing, continence care, assisting with administration of medication, and social support. You will also assist with domestic duties, meal preparation, and other household tasks to ensure safe and hygienic living conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with administration of medication
- Assist with domestic duties, meal preparation, and other household tasks
- Provide social support, including transport to shops or appointments
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable car
- Past experience working in Aged care is essential
- Previous community experience - desirable
- Certificate III Aged Care - desirable
- Dementia Care experience - desirable
- Attractive rate of pay $34.07 - $35.71 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
