About the Role:
- As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering 24-hour evidence-based care to mental health inpatients, prioritising their needs and providing high-quality patient outcomes.
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring the best possible results for our patients.
- Demonstrating commitment to cultural safety and responsiveness, you will work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families to deliver sensitive and respectful care.
- To ensure the highest standards of patient care, you will evaluate and apply evidence-based practice to inform your decision-making and improve treatment outcomes.

Selection Criteria:
