About the Role

You will provide high-level executive and advocacy support to a senior leadership team, ensuring effective action planning and committee management. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and provide administrative support to a state-level committee.

This role is 0.4 FTE (part-time), with a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility between working from home and spending time in the office.

  1. Experience: Working with government, member-based organisations or not-for-profit entities.
  2. Committee Support: Drafting agendas and minutes, as well as providing secretariat services.
  3. Communication Skills: High level of verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  4. Advocacy: Experience advocating within a membership organisation, promoting key health and surgery concerns and opportunities.
  5. Writing and Editing: Demonstrated skills in writing and editing to a high level.
