We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Western Australia, working across various facilities including Mercy Place Mandurah, Mercy Place Lathlain, Mercy Place Mont Clare, Edgewater Mercy Hostel and Villa Maria Hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional and social needs.
  • Supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
  • Contribute to the assessment, treatment and documentation of resident care, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.

Requirements:

  • A recognized tertiary qualification in nursing and current full registration with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated experience in residential aged care, with a focus on delivering person-centered care.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
