The Bethanie Group has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join the team at Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home, located in Mandurah. This role will provide support during a period of leave and is offered on a fixed-term part-time basis.

As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will be responsible for delivering customer-centred therapy and lifestyle programs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of life of our residents.

Our Therapy Team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Senior Dietitian, and a Senior Speech Pathologist. We also have a full-time Allied Health Manager and a Senior Therapy Team Lead who will support you in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete therapy assessments and respond to clinical referrals
  • Plan and implement individual or group therapeutic activities
  • Direct and coordinate Therapy Assistants
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and information systems
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement
