Workshop Supervisor - Fabrication or Mechanical

A highly motivated and safety-driven Workshop Supervisor is required to lead a team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

This role offers an opportunity for a passionate individual to take charge of daily operations, meet project deadlines, and uphold high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the fabrication team.
  • Quote, estimate, and secure new projects.
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • SOURCE GEAR AND MATERIALS TO MEET PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
  • Develop key relationships with clients, councils, mines, and government entities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • A trade qualification in Fabrication or Mechanical.
  • Real-world experience in workshop and site work.
  • Strong skills in quoting, estimating, and job costing.
  • Effective leadership that motivates and delivers results.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
