Job Overview:

The Capex Project Analyst supports the group's capital expenditure projects and end-to-end asset lifecycle management to drive a robust financial control environment.

You will be part of the Finance strategic transformation team to strengthen our foundations and enable growth in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the group's month-end general ledger close
  • Delivering key reporting results for capital expenditure and fixed assets function
  • Managing the end-to-end asset capitalisation process
  • Owning strategic projects on process improvement initiatives
  • Close interaction with business and external parties

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for a CA (or equivalent) qualified individual with 1-2 years post-qualified experience.

A background in large property companies or exposure in capital expenditure or fixed assets management is highly desirable.

Experience in process improvement is also highly desirable.
