Cleaning Operations Manager


Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the front-line operations that deliver high-quality cleaning services. You will be responsible for pricing and quoting jobs, conducting on-site assessments, preparing accurate quotations, and managing job schedules and cleaner calendars in the CRM.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery of services, and resolving any issues that may arise during the course of a project.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaners, as well as maintain accurate records of training and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of cleaning methods, products, and equipment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in cleaning operations or a related field is essential, as is a proven track record of successfully recruiting, training, and supervising a team. A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also required for this role.
