Senior Retail Store Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
- Lead the team in visual merchandising, deliveries, and stock management.
- Coach the team to deliver seamless customer experiences throughout the store.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and managing controllable costs.
- Lead the store in the absence of a Store Manager.
- Possess passionate qualities to deliver results and support your manager and team.
- Have excellent communication skills, strong time management, and organisational skills.
- Previous team leadership or key holder experience is beneficial.
