We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Store Coordinator.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires a high level of leadership, customer service and organizational skills. As a Senior Store Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily business operations, including visual merchandising, store administration, training and coaching new team members, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager: Assist with daily tasks and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store displays and window promotions.
  • Store Administration: Oversee administrative tasks, including inventory management and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage your team.
Requirements
