About the Role

Persolkelly is partnering with a leading client to fill Emergency Call Centre Agent positions in a dynamic Eastern Suburbs location. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls from across Australia with accuracy and efficiency
  • Connect emergency calls to Police, Fire, or Ambulance dispatchers promptly and correctly
  • Deliver high-quality service on every call, adhering to strict protocols and procedures
  • Provide empathetic support to customers, ensuring their needs are met
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre or face-to-face environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, resilient attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A stable working history and a 'can-do' approach
