About the Role

  • As an Experienced Family Law Specialist - Client Advocate, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of the client and law firm experience, assessing clients to determine their eligibility for financial support, and developing holistic solutions to meet their needs.
  • You will be the amazing point of contact for approved clients and law firms, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience and are supported throughout their journey.
  • By leveraging your expertise in family law, you will assist in the assessment of client applications for funding, liaising with clients and law firms as required to develop a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.
  • You will proactively identify and respond to risks that may arise on funded cases, maintaining deep relationships with law firm partners to ensure their experience is positive, responsive, and supportive.
  • In this role, you will assess and determine requests from clients and law firms to ensure they have the necessary resources to achieve an equitable settlement.
  • You will report to the leadership team on the status of funded cases, including any loan risks and expected time to resolution.
  • Through your analysis of case outcomes, you will contribute to refining JustFund's credit assessment processes, enabling us to improve our services and better meet the evolving needs of our clients.

About You
