About the Role

At JustFund, we're seeking an experienced Family Law Resolution Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This critical role will be responsible for managing the client and law firm experience, assessing clients' eligibility for financial support, and developing processes to monitor the status of funded cases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Embracing our culture to deliver an exceptional experience for each client and law firm partner;
  • Being the primary point of contact for approved clients and law firms;
  • Assisting in the assessment of client applications for funding and liaising with clients and law firms as required;
  • Developing and implementing processes to track the progress of funded cases;
  • Identifying and responding to potential risks on funded cases;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with law firm partners to ensure a positive, responsive, and supportive experience;
  • Evaluating requests from clients and law firms to ensure they have the necessary resources for an equitable settlement;
  • Reporting to the leadership team on the status of funded cases, including loan risks and expected resolution times;
  • Analyzing case outcomes to refine JustFund's credit assessment processes;
  • Approving payment requests submitted by law firms;
