Job Title: Career Development Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education and development of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and assessment services, teaching competencies from training packages across Certificate II to Diploma levels.

The role involves creating, implementing and managing assessment activities and processes, coordinating and delivering work-based learning using best practice delivery modes, liaising with external training providers, and supporting individual employees to pursue development preferences and manage their careers.

Requirements:
