Heavy Diesel Mechanic Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled full-time Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team at a Port Hedland Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to ensure seamless operations and equipment effectiveness.
  • Maintain the condition of heavy-duty equipment, adhering to all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Perform comprehensive routine maintenance and repair services on a wide range of machinery.
  • Deliver high-quality work, including inspections, preventative measures, renovations, and modifications.
  • Complete new-build projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Australian Recognized Heavy Diesel or Mechanical Trade qualification.
  • Prior Crane exposure is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of five years' experience working as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of driver and control, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • A current Australian Driver's license.
  • A mechanical mindset, strong time management, and problem-solving skills.
