**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Consultant to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs. As a Fitness Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, inspiring people to achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey
About You:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
What We Offer:
- A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
- A complimentary all-access Goodlife membership
- Anniversary leave days and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our "recognition for service awards"
