We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the effective management of our recycling operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team responsible for maintaining efficient recycling processes, supporting the development of waste management initiatives, and promoting sustainability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing repair departments, conducting LOLER and PAT testing, ordering spare parts and consumables, and ensuring the efficient disposal of waste.

A strong team player with experience in a leadership position, ideally in a public or healthcare industry, is required. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration with OTs and procurement teams.

  • Manage the repair department
