- Oversee LOLER and PAT testing, ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Develop and implement effective warranty and scrapping systems.
- Coordinate the ordering and management of spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure accurate waste management, liaising with suppliers as needed.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and procurement teams on standard stock and recycled specials.
- Process special products efficiently, meeting recycling targets and deadlines.
- Implement procedures to ensure team adherence to guidelines.
- Monitor and achieve stock levels, cleaning, and repair KPIs daily.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and environments.
- Keep HR records up-to-date for staff across all platforms.
- Arrange duties to cover all areas of recycling effectively.
