Job Description

The Account Manager Lead plays a pivotal role in driving impactful partnerships within their portfolio, aligning ITP services with the long-term goals and objectives of partner agencies.

  • Represent ITP in complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that drive business forward.
  • Develop and present submissions, proposals, reports, and briefings related to the delivery of ITP services and products, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that maximise the value of ITP for partner agencies, fostering growth and development.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall experience for partner agencies, resulting in increased satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources and supervise Account Managers assigned activities to a portfolio of partner agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, ethical practices, safety, diversity, and knowledge sharing, creating a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results through innovative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Experience in preparing high-quality proposals and business cases that meet the needs of partner agencies.
  • An understanding of the complexity of information technology service delivery in public sector or not-for-profit organisations, including the ability to navigate regulatory requirements.
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior management stakeholders to facilitate, negotiate, and influence digital solutions.
  • The legal right to live and work in Australia.
