Job Description

This dynamic role involves leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and enhancing guest engagement through innovative service practices. You will be responsible for overseeing cost control and productivity while maintaining a visually stunning and inviting atmosphere that aligns with our premium brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Proven expertise in team management and guest engagement, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, committed to maintaining an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (NSW).
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
