Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to establish meaningful goals and practical strategies that reflect participant strengths and passions.
  • Enhance the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure high-quality practice.
