Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end month-end processes for allocated entities or business units, ensuring financial data integrity and providing insights to support decision-making.

This role involves maintaining balance sheet accounts, investigating variances, and taking corrective action where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end close process, including preparing journals, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and review assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare management reports and contribute to statutory reporting.
  • Analyse and provide clear commentary on financial results.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or related discipline (CA/CPA qualified or working towards).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and relevant legislation.

Proven experience in financial reporting and month-end processes.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Clear communicator who can build strong working relationships across teams.
